Charles Towne Landing

Beau, Cami, Cooper, Carol and Claire spent a beautiful Good Friday @ Charles Towne Landing. It is a SC state park on the original landing location for Charleston. It includes an animal forest complete with animals and birds that would have been here more than 300 years ago, many bike and walking trails, and a recreation of what life was like in 1670. As you can see we had a great time...even had all the kids in the stockade! We took our bikes and had a picnic and enjoyed the sunny day.
Imitating the shore birds!
Manning the rudder on the ship!

Forget the stockade - what did you do to Cooper's hair?!? Where did it go? That's beyond torture - not even Cheney would've cut those curls off!

We sure miss those SC sites! Not the heat though! And of course, we miss y'all too! :)
