Off to the Farm

Cami and Grammy (Tookie) left after church today to take the 3 C's to Grandma and Grandpa @ the Farm in NY. The children will stay for 3 weeks. We're hoping Grandpa teaches Cooper some good work skills planting hay on the farm! The girls are looking forward to hatching biddies and guineas and watching them grow. I'm sure they'll all have names soon! Pictures will be coming, Carol packed her camera. What a good summer time activity to spend time on the farm with family. Wish they were closer so we could see them more often! Derek and Beau will drive up @ the end of the month to retrieve them. G&G should be tired by then! Swimmin' Hole Lane will sure be quiet....

Charles Towne Landing

Beau, Cami, Cooper, Carol and Claire spent a beautiful Good Friday @ Charles Towne Landing. It is a SC state park on the original landing location for Charleston. It includes an animal forest complete with animals and birds that would have been here more than 300 years ago, many bike and walking trails, and a recreation of what life was like in 1670. As you can see we had a great time...even had all the kids in the stockade! We took our bikes and had a picnic and enjoyed the sunny day.
